We will contact senior living communities - independent living, assisted living, memory care, nursing care - and schedule a meeting. We will stay with you throughout the process to make sure you understand all options. We will provide information on next steps from beginning through the actual placement.
No fee for services.
No one should feel lonely, yet many seniors have no family nearby or are just too busy. When you can't be there - we offer home visits, social and safety checks, memory screenings and referrals when needed. We are happy to spend time with your loved one. All visits are monitored and staff background checks are completed before any home visit.
We offer non medical end of life services in the home or senior living location. Let us help pull together memories while we sit and reminisce about family, friends and experiences. We listen and help clients find peace as they move through their end of life stages. It could be cooking a favorite meal, or reading a favorite book - end of life services are special. We help support hospice care and are available to help the family with their needs.
